Dirk Reinartz

"These really are my best pictures!" Reinartz said to himself as he selected works for his book 'New York, 1974' (Published by Steidl). 'The selection was completed' shortly before he died. Capturing the dynamism and light of the city, his lens differentiates individuals from the crowd and draws out the characters of his subjects.
